RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Driver & License :
- The hirer must be above 23 years old and below 60
years old of age.
- The hirer must have a valid local / international
driving license.
Extension Of Rental :
- Hirer may extend the rental period provided that
they inform the company and settle additional fees
in advance so that the insurance coverage is extended.
- For walk in costumer the extension must be done
3 days in advance before the agreement expire.
Petrol :
- Petrol is not included with our rates. Customers
may request a full tank to be filled and charge are
borne by the costumers.
- Only unleaded or 97 Octane petrol is to be used
for rented vehicles.
Parking, Traffic Fines And Fees :
- The renter shall take full responsibility to pay
all parking fees, toll charges and traffic fines/summon
incurred during the rental period.
Insurance :
- Vehicles come together with Comprehensive Insurance
as per Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy as required
by the insurance companies.
Collision Damage Waiver :
- Hirer is responsible for the first RM 750.00 for
every case involving damage to the rented vehicle
regardless of any accident claims.
- A police report must be made within 24 hours in
the event of an accident.
Repairs :
- Cost of necessary repairs en route will be refunded
upon presentation of damaged parts and supplier's
receipt. However, prior approval of SHAJASA must be
obtained for any repairs exceeding RM 100.00.
Collection / Delivery Service :
- No vehicle collection / delivery charge will be
levied within 30 KM of Shajasa Sdn. Bhd. office.
- A RM 25 per trip charge will apply for other areas
within the city.
- Collection and delivery service is extended to corporate
hirers only.
- Deposit of RM 200 is required for walk in costumers.
